We stayed at Hideout Hotel for our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. The attention to detail throughout the space was outstanding. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and beautifully executed. The finish of the room was incredibly high‑quality, from the furnishings to the lighting, giving it a luxurious yet welcoming feel. There was also a parking space! One thing I especially appreciated was the practicality woven into the design. Simple touches like the hooks on the doors for hanging clothes made getting ready so much easier, especially on a wedding morning when every detail matters. The room itself was wonderfully spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax, organise, and enjoy the moment without feeling cramped. Hideout Hotel made our wedding stay feel special, comfortable, and effortlessly stylish. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a beautifully finished, well‑designed place to stay in the city.

Hideout Hotel, you exceeded all expectations! We really appreciate the role you played in making our daughter's wedding weekend such a success. Jodie and Enya, thank you for going above and beyond to make everything run so smoothly. All your apartments are immaculate, so stylish and equipped with everything you need. The Bridal Party took full advantage of your spacious, deluxe apartments. Everyone, including extended family, were absolutely thrilled with their rooms. We were impressed with the easy checking in system. The secure car parking close by was another bonus. All these things contributed to such a positive experience. The Hideout is a true hidden gem and we definitely would recommend to anyone.

We travelled to Hull to visit The Deep and decided to stay overnight. We found this little gem and were so impressed. The self check in was such a great idea, really easy and convenient. The room was spotless and tidy, with a lovely selection of coffee, which was a nice touch. The shower was amazing, really powerful, which I always appreciate. I accidentally left my bag behind, but the team responded promptly to my email and sorted everything quickly, so it did not delay our journey home at all. Such a smooth, stress free stay. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

An amazing stay in a fantastic aparthotel. We found this place by chance when we were looking for somewhere in town to spend 24 hours around going to a gig at Connexin. Perfect location right next to the cathedral with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was beautifully furnished to an extremely high standard. Everything was clean and what made it even more special were all the extra touches and things throughout the suite. We have stayed in places charging almost double the cost which weren’t a patch on this. Thank you Hideout we will definitely be returning. You have a real gem and should be very proud of the standard of accommodation you offer.

Upon my fifth inaugural residency at the HIDEOUT Hotel in Hull—a sample size that I believe provides sufficient longitudinal data for a peer-reviewed assessment—I find myself grappling with a peculiar ontological crisis. Specifically: how can a physical structure consistently defy the second law of thermodynamics? While most establishments succumb to entropy, HIDEOUT seems to exist in a state of suspended animation where the "wow factor" is a fundamental constant of the universe. The Aesthetic Variable: Decor and Atmosphere From an architectural and interior design perspective, the property utilizes a palette that can only be described as "aggressively chic." The decor is not merely a collection of furniture; it is a curated exhibition of industrial elegance. One does not simply sit on a chair here; one engages in a high-stakes dialogue with mid-century modernism. The aesthetic achieves that rare "Instagrammable-yet-livable" equilibrium, making me feel significantly cooler than my actual credit score or personality would suggest. It is the kind of environment that convinces you that you might, in fact, be a mysterious international architect rather than someone who just finished a bag of crisps in the hallway. Economic Perplexities: The Value Proposition The most distressing element of the HIDEOUT experience is the value for money. From an economic standpoint, the pricing model is borderline scandalous—for the hotel. I have spent a considerable amount of time performing mental gymnastics to justify the bill, eventually concluding that I should probably be paying significantly more. I am currently in talks with my conscience regarding whether staying here at this price point constitutes a form of benevolent robbery. The cost-to-quality ratio is so skewed in favor of the guest that I suspect the management might be using a different version of mathematics than the rest of us—perhaps one where 1+1=A penthouse suite. The Human Element: Service Without Cease The staff at HIDEOUT seem to be operating under a collective delusion that I am a visiting monarch. Their commitment to the philosophy that "nothing is ever too much" is both heartwarming and slightly intimidating. I am convinced that if I requested a vintage typewriter at 3:00 AM to document a fleeting thought about seagulls, someone would materialize with a ribbon and a smile within four minutes. This level of proactive hospitality makes other hotels look like they are being run by grumpy teenagers in a dystopian simulation. The Conclusion of the Hull Hypothesis In the specialized field of "Where to Sleep in Hull," the results are in, the data has been verified, and the peer review is unanimous: HIDEOUT is the only logical choice. It has reached a level of reliability that borders on the supernatural. Whether you are in town for business, leisure, or to hide from your responsibilities in a tastefully decorated loft, this property is a non-negotiable destination. To ignore this hotel is to willfully opt for an inferior reality. It is my definitive, permanent residence-away-from-home. If I am ever missing, do not call the authorities; simply check the guest list at North Church Side. I will likely be found staring at the wallpaper, wondering if I can fit a bespoke sofa in my luggage

We stayed here for one night as we had tickets for a gig at the connexin, which is only 5 minutes walk away. Absolutely lovely, really clean and modern. The location is great, and good value for the size of the apartments. I would definitely book again!

Hideout Hotel Apartments is one of the best places I’ve stayed , not just in Hull, but in the UK. It offers a true boutique hotel experience at a fantastic price point, right in the heart of Hull city centre. I’ve stayed several times and the standards are always impeccable. The apartments are immaculately clean, and the attention to detail is outstanding, from the beautifully considered design to the thoughtful touches like the lovely locally sourced coffee in the kitchen. The rooms are both stylish and highly functional, creating a calm, luxurious space that’s genuinely comfortable to stay in. The beds are very comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. I would always recommend Hideout to anyone visiting Hull and will continue to stay here whenever possible.
